Do you have ideas for "greening" your campus? In high school, Shyla Raghav did too! In fact, she began by working to persuade her peers to change their light bulbs to LEDs and take the stairs instead of elevators. She earned her undergraduate degree in Ecology and International Relations at University of California, Irvine, and her graduate degree in Environmental Management from Yale University. Today Shyla Raghav serves as the Vice President of Climate at Conservation International where she focuses on the impact of climate change on people and nature.
Take your students into the climate policy world where climate change is the new normal. Engage them in investigating the implications exposed through Shyla Raghav's work on predictive modeling of our changing climate.
